Job Responsibilities
  1. Prepare food items such as sandwiches, subs, roast or fry chicken, pizza, and appetizers according to plan-o-gram (POG).
  2. Review work schedules, check equipment and supplies, and ensure compliance with PPE requirements at shift start.
  3. Manage production planning and complete invoice reviews.
  4. Produce and merchandise food for sales floors, hot bars, and grab-and-go sections following SOPs.
  5. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
  6. Complete daily food safety logs and track loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
  7. Train team members as needed.
  8. Assist customers with slicing, portioning, and labeling deli foods.
  9. Roast, fry, and prepare chicken, ensuring proper handling and sanitation.
  10. Clean equipment regularly and perform record-keeping functions as assigned.
  11. Order products and support merchandising and promotional programs.
  12. Follow safety rules, report accidents, and maintain proper attire and PPE usage.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to understand company policies and safety regulations.
  • Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Minimum 4-hour shifts, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, and walking.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions.
Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and handbooks.
