Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items such as sandwiches, subs, roasted or fried chicken, pizza, and appetizers following plan-o-gram (POG) and SOP.
  • Manage production planning and complete invoice reviews.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surfaces, equipment, and areas.
  • Complete food safety logs and track losses using known loss tracking (KLT).
  • Train team members and assist customers with deli food, slicing, and packaging.
  • Cook and prepare various food items, including roasting, frying, and assembling products for display and sale.
  • Order products for specific programs and support merchandising efforts.
  • Adhere to safety rules, including PPE use, accident reporting, and safe equipment operation.
  • Follow company policies on apparel, footwear, and emergency procedures.
  • Perform record-keeping, order reviews, and merchandise organization.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Effective communication and understanding of safety policies.
  • Meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
  • Ability to operate necessary equipment and tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Minimum 4-hour shifts, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing 55%, walking 45%, and exposure to varying temperatures.
Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures.
