Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this job is to prepare food items such as sandwiches, subs, chicken, pizza, and deli products, and merchandise them according to plan-o-gram (POG).

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  • Manage production planning and invoice review.
  • Prepare food for the sales floor, hot bar, and other sections as per SOP and POG.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas and equipment.
  • Complete food safety logs and track loss using known loss tracking (KLT).
  • Train team members and assist customers.
  • Prepare various food items, including sandwiches, pizza, and fried chicken, and package them appropriately.
  • Perform cleaning and maintenance of equipment regularly.
  • Order products and support programs like smoked products, hot and cold plan-o-grams, and merchandising.
  • Follow safety protocols and company policies, including PPE use, emergency procedures, and sanitation practices.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and meet performance standards.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in varying temperatures.
Physical Requirements
  • Minimum 4-hour shifts, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing 55% of the time.
Preferred Requirements
  • Understanding of company policies and procedures.
