Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to prepare and merchandise food items such as sandwiches, subs, roasted or fried chicken, pizza, and deli foods following plan-o-gram (POG) guidelines.

Responsibilities
  1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at shift start.
  2. Manage production planning and invoice review.
  3. Prepare food items for the sales floor and hot bar as per SOP and POG.
  4. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surfaces, tools, equipment, and floors.
  5. Complete daily food safety logs and loss tracking.
  6. Train team members.
  7. Prepare and display sandwiches, wraps, and pizza; handle deli meat and cheese; produce grab-and-go items.
  8. Roast, fry, and package chicken products, ensuring proper handling and labeling.
  9. Clean and maintain equipment regularly.
  10. Order and produce smoked products as needed.
  11. Perform cleaning and sanitation tasks using appropriate tools and chemicals.
  12. Record-keeping and inventory management.
  13. Merchandise products according to program guidelines.
  14. Organize sales floor coolers and freezers.
General Rules

Follow safety protocols, report incidents, wear PPE, and adhere to company policies on attire, safety, and conduct.

Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
  • Meet physical and ergonomic requirements, with or without accommodations.
  • Maintain performance standards, including attendance.
  • Ability to operate relevant equipment and tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Minimum 4-hour shifts, with potential for longer.
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand for 55% of the time, walk for 45%.
  • Work in temperature extremes, including freezers and back rooms.
