Responsibilities
  1. Prepare various food items such as sandwiches, subs, chicken, pizza, and deli products according to plan-o-gram (POG) and SOP.
  2. Review work schedules, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for shifts.
  3. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, complete logs, and record loss using KLT.
  4. Train team members and assist customers with deli and food service needs.
  5. Manage production for grab-and-go sections and merchandise execution.
  6. Perform cleaning, equipment maintenance, and record-keeping tasks.
  7. Order products, organize sales floor, and support promotional programs.
  8. Follow safety rules, report incidents, and ensure compliance with PPE and safety regulations.
  9. Understand and adhere to company policies, including emergency procedures and training requirements.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety policies.
  • Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
  • Meet performance standards including attendance.
  • Ability to operate or learn to operate relevant equipment and tools.
Physical Requirements
  • Minimum shift of 4 hours, with physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking for 45%, and exposure to various temperatures.
Preferred Requirements

Understanding of company policies and procedures as outlined in manuals and handbooks.
