The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate orders, schedule work, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, track product loss, and perform all department tasks as needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  2. Ensure compliance with Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) regulations, including record retention, sales, and consumption policies, and maintain RAMP certification.
  3. Act as a liaison with vendors, set up in-store demos, make payments, and maintain product variety and stock levels.
  4. Complete orders, supervise and train staff, receive and stock items, check dates, and manage product quality.
  5. Set up and stock displays, including end caps and resets.
  6. Manage cardboard disposal and recycling processes.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Effective communication skills and understanding of company policies and safety regulations.
  • Ability to meet ergonomic, physical, and performance standards, including attendance.
  • Ability to operate required equipment and tools.
  • Minimum age as per state Liquor code.
Physical Requirements
  • Minimum 8-hour shifts.
  • Job involves continual activity.
  • Lift/carry up to 36 lbs.; category IV lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand approximately 55% of the time, walk 45%.
  • Max pull static: 20 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding company policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of MSDS, Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know trainings.
