Atrium Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor at Springfield Courtyard in Springfield, MO. You will lead the restaurant team, train staff, and ensure smooth service across shifts while upholding food safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol.

Hotel : Springfield Courtyard 3527 West Kearney Springfield, MO 65803 Full time Compensation Range : $18.50 - $19.43 Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and the specific location of the role. Actual pay may differ depending on these factors.

What You Will Do:

• Ensure opening and closing side work is completed accurately and consistently.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience—because confident leadership sets the tone for team success.
• Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to earn within 60 days)—essential for ensuring safe, compliant service.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and bend or squat as needed—this is a hands‑on, active role.
• Must meet minimum legal age to serve alcohol—ensures full oversight of beverage service responsibilities.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays—because guest needs don’t follow a 9-to-5 schedule.
