What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer and direct departmental emails and phone calls to ensure effective communication
- Process required paperwork for employee transfers, job classification changes, salary increases, and other employment matters
- Assist with the preparation of human resource reports, including time and attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
- Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations for HRIS users
- Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in administrative or HR support roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
