Job summary

Senior Lifestyle is seeking a friendly cleaner to maintain cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas in our Colorado Springs community. You will assist with preparing vacant units for new residents and help respond to resident needs in a timely manner.

The role emphasizes safe, courteous service and a positive demeanor toward residents and coworkers. Training is provided; no experience required beyond the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor toward residents and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and common areas.

Job Description

• General cleaning of resident apartments, hallways and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing empty apartments for resident move-ins.
• Ensure resident/guest satisfaction by responding quickly to needs and requests.
• You may be asked to help respond to resident emergencies.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor toward all residents, visitors and co-workers.
