National Church Residences is hiring a Hospice Aide on a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (8 hours per day) in Columbus, Ohio. Under RN Case Manager supervision, you will assist with personal care, monitoring, and comfort-focused tasks for clients.
Responsibilities include documenting care, observing client status, assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, and activities of daily living, as well as safe use of equipment and basic therapeutic support as ordered.
Job Description: Hospice Aide Full Time Monday-Friday 8 hours a day with a flexible start time Possible weekends Mileage Reimbursement PURPOSE According to prescribed policies and procedures of the organization including all applicable state, federal and accreditation regulations and under the general supervision of the RN Case Manager performs various services for a client as necessary to meet the client’s personal needs and to promote comfort.
Education: High school diploma or GED. STNA strongly preferred. Home Health Aide Certification training.
Experience: Minimum of 12 months as an aide in a facility or home health/hospice agency or acute care setting. Hospice experience preferred.
