Home Instead is currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse Case Manager; we offer some flexibility in a work schedule. This is an excellent position for a new graduate, a mom who wants flexibility around her child’s busy schedule, or a seasoned nurse who isn’t ready to retire. As the CM, there will be occasions when you will be notified after hours or on weekends, but since we are non-medical, you will not be responsible to make a visit.
You start your day from home; there is no need to start from the office. We are fully electronic; no paperwork to do or turn in.
Office located in Lawrenceville, GA, but will be moving to Duluth.
Service areas include but are not limited to Hall, Forsyth, Dawson, and Gwinnett County, including Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Buford, Cumming, Dawsonville, Lawrenceville, Snellville, Conyers, and Covington. This territory will be divided between the FT nurses.
The RN will work closely with our management team to ensure our weekly caregiver trainees receive the personal care skills training needed to provide first-class care for our elderly clients. The RN will be responsible for conducting consultations/health assessments, conducting supervisory visits, and taking calls from caregivers regarding client health issues. This will be limited because we are a non-medical company.
The RN will have flexibility and control of conducting 3-6 new client assessments per week and/or existing client re-evaluations that must be completed every 90 days. Each visit will last roughly 1-2 hours and is largely scheduled within a 7-day window at the discretion of the RN.
Pay is salary plus mileage reimbursement for travel between client visits. We offer health, dental, vision, and PTO.
