Essential Job Functions
- Promote customer goodwill by providing high standards in customer service.
- Review customer orders for errors, questions, or notes.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and of high quality to satisfy customers.
- Communicate order information and changes via email, phone, or direct conversation.
- Seek assistance from store leadership when needed for customer service or operational issues.
- Partner with Department Managers to ensure proper handling of fresh orders, especially those with a cut list.
- Assist customers at the pickup location.
- Handle cash pickups and change orders as requested, logging transactions accordingly.
- Verify customer IDs and adhere to store policies regarding checks and alcohol sales.
- Process refunds, over-rings, and other transactions requiring approvals or overrides.
- Ensure timely shopping and availability of orders; communicate delays promptly to leadership.
- Meet physical requirements of the position, with or without accommodations.

- Package merchandise according to policies and store in designated areas for pickup.
