Overview

Full or Part-time hair stylist. High volume salon, flexible hours, established customer base. We are the largest Great Clips franchisee in the country and strive to offer the highest "effective wage" (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr.* Some earn less and some earn substantially more, depending on proficiency. No one in our company earns less than $20/hr in total.

$300 signing bonus. Ongoing training, both virtual and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Listen to clients\' needs to determine their preferences.
• Describe different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampoo, cut, and style hair.

Requirements

• Must have a valid barber or cosmetology license.
