We are one of the largest Great Clips franchisees in the country. We strive to have the highest effective wage in the market (base wage + productivity + product commissions + tips). Last week the average effective wage of our staff was $31.26/hr. Some earn less, some more. No one in our company earns less than $20/hr in total.
