Liberty Medical Associates is seeking a Full-Time Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to join our internal medicine healthcare practice in Holmdel, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NP who enjoys direct patient care.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. No Wednesdays or weekends. Duties include primary care, exams, diagnoses, tests, and treatment plans, with emphasis on patient education and coordination of care.

Qualifications

• APRN certification required.
• Nurse Practitioner experience 1 year minimum.
• Strong clinical, organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients.
• Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and follow-up visits.
