Guitar Center Stores, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Associate to join our Alpharetta store. You will engage customers, drive sales, and share deep product knowledge across guitars and recording gear. As a leader on the floor, you’ll mentor teammates and help maintain the energetic, band-like store atmosphere.

You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering exceptional service while meeting targets. Flexibility for evenings/weekends and a passion for music are essential to join our team.

• Product Knowledge: Maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear, from the latest guitars to cutting-edge recording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others.
• Customer Relationship Building: Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationships and help fellow Associates foster them. Help your team be the go-to in the local music community.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
• Store Support and Operations: Practice your leadership abilities by guiding and mentoring your fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks. As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on for opening and closing the store as needed.
