Guitar Center Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Associate for Store 156. This role focuses on customer engagement, sales leadership, and driving store performance in a vibrant music environment.

You will mentor teammates, achieve sales targets, and maintain deep product knowledge across guitars and recording gear. This on-site position invites collaborative teamwork and a passion for music to create memorable customer experiences.

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of our gear, from the latest guitars to cutting-edge recording equipment, and help enhance the knowledge of others.
• Grow your fanbase! Maintain strong relationships and help fellow Associates foster them. Help your team be the go-to in the local music community.
• Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
• Practice your leadership abilities by guiding and mentoring your fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks. As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on for opening and closing the store as needed.
