The Guitar Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Sr. Sales Associate to join our dynamic team and lead with passion for music.

You will engage customers, drive sales, share product knowledge from guitars to recording gear, and mentor teammates to hit targets while keeping our store vibe vibrant and welcoming for every musician who walks in. As a keyholder, you may assist with opening/closing and ensure outstanding guest experiences, special events, and ongoing merchandising that showcases gear and

• Merchandising and Store Maintenance: Keep the store looking as cool as your favorite album cover. Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain that music store vibe.
• Store Support and Operations: Practice your leadership abilities by guiding and mentoring your fellow team members, supporting them through customer interactions and operational tasks. As a keyholding member of the store, you will be looked on for opening and closing the store as needed.
