Creative Dining Services is looking for a Food Service Worker to join our dining services team and provide various fresh and delicious pizza and pasta dishes to the students and staff of Missouri Baptist University in St Louis, MO . This role works cooperatively as a valued member of the dining services team, focusing on the pizza station, but also assisting with any aspect of the dining services program necessary.

Core Responsibilities :

• Prepare food such that all food is ready for use within the established timeframe.
• Focus on preparing items with a focus on food freshness, quality and appeal.
• Utilizes safe food handling, storage and labeling techniques at all times, maintains production and temperature logs of products.
• Maintains a safe, tidy and well organized work environment at all times; cleans up spills quickly, wears protective gear as needed (i.e. slicer glove), and stores wares safely.
• Removes refuse as needed.
• Puts away / Pulls stock as needed.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have :

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum of 1 year related food service experience, pizza experience preferred
• Servsafe Certification preferred
