Job summary

Elior School Dining in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced food service supervisor to lead meal production and service on-site at the TMSA Charlotte K-5 Campus. You will oversee the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, ensure quality, follow recipes, and manage a team to meet daily needs and contractual obligations.

Relevant culinary background and food safety certifications are a plus. This is a full-time, hourly role with competitive benefits and growth opportunities within Elior

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated food service supervisor to our Elior School Dining team. As a food service supervisor, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee the production and service of meals.

• Providing hands-on supervision and oversight for the preparation, cooking, and portioning of meals, following company recipes based on daily needs and contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all meals meet standards for quality.
