Richard J. Daley College is currently seeking a Full-Time Tenure-Track Faculty for Child Development Studies to begin the Fall 2027 term. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in the classroom by developing and using effective teaching strategies that meet students’ diverse needs and engage students in critical thinking and problem-solving. The successful applicant must be willing to work a flexible schedule at multiple sites, be able to work well with students, faculty, and staff at all levels within a diverse, multicultural, collaborative environment, and provide students with high-quality instruction to develop the skills to thrive in a growing early childhood education profession.
Please note: This position may require full teaching in-person; hybrid schedules are not guaranteed. The starting salary for this role ranges from $58,000 to $65,000 annually. This is a tenure-track position.
