Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Medical Records Clerk for the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex in Pikeville, TN. The role handles offender health records, requests, and general clerical tasks to support continuity of care.

Requirements include a high school diploma, CPR certification, and preferred medical office experience and terminology knowledge. Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of medical office experience preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred.
• Computer/Data Entry experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain offender health records.
• Respond to requests for health records.
• Perform clerical duties.

Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Tennessee Department of Correction.We are currently seeking a full-time, evening shift, Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Bledsoe County Correctional Complex located in Pikeville, Tennessee.The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for initiating and maintaining offender health records, responding to requests for health records, and performing clerical duties.
