Centurion Health seeks a full-time Medical Records Clerk for the Bledsoe County Correctional Complex in Pikeville, TN. The role handles offender health records, responds to records requests, and performs clerical duties to support care continuity.

The position operates on the evening shift (3:00 pm–11:30 pm) with benefits such as health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, PTO, holidays, and CE opportunities. CPR certification and security clearance readiness are required.

Qualifications

• One year of medical office experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification
• Medical Records/Mental Health/Admin experience preferred

• Ability to obtain security clearance (drug screen and background check)

We are currently seeking a full-time, evening shift, Medical Records Clerk to join our team at Bledsoe County Correctional Complex located in Pikeville, Tennessee.

The Medical Records Clerk is responsible for initiating and maintaining offender health records, responding to requests for health records, and performing clerical duties. Works closely with healthcare staff to ensure maintenance and accountability for offender health records to support continuity of care.

Pay ranges from $19 - $23 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of medical office experience preferred
• Current CPR Certification.
• Medical Records/Mental Health/Administrative Assistant experience preferred
• Medical terminology knowledge and/or medical terminology course completion preferred
• Computer/Data Entry experience
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check

Shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
