Job summary

BEAVERCREEK is seeking a Full-time Evening Laundry Aide in healthcare to maintain sanitary laundry services within a nursing home. You will wash, dry, fold, and sort resident clothing and linens, deliver clean laundry, and keep areas organized while following infection control procedures.

Responsibilities include assisting with other laundry or housekeeping tasks, reporting equipment issues, and handling residents' belongings with care. A supportive team environment and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, organized, and able to work independently
• Must have a caring and respectful attitude toward residents
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Prior laundry, housekeeping, or nursing home experience preferred, but not required
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Must work well as part of a team

Education and/or Experience

GED or High School Diploma

1 year of experience preferred

Language Skills

Ability to read and understand directions related to laundry/housekeeping procedures

Mathematical Skills

Basic math skills

Reasoning Ability

Ability to problem solve and seek assistance when needed.
