Schulte Companies is seeking an energetic, experienced, and hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join our team!

Position Details:

FULL Time EVENING POSITION, 3PM-11PM, 32 hours/week

Weekends and Holidays required

Ensure all maintenance functions, including preventative maintenance, are completed timely and comply with safety standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee property grounds, public areas, and hotel guest rooms
• Conduct preventative maintenance to prevent breakdowns
• Paint, replace electrical accessories, and maintain HVAC systems
• Respond promptly to guest complaints
• Fulfill work orders efficiently
• Perform daily rounds, identify, and report issues
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a hotel maintenance role
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry

Skills and Abilities:

• Basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication
• Ability to exceed guest and team expectations
