Job summary

Rose Senior Living Avon is seeking a dedicated Utility / Dishwasher to join our culinary team. The role performs warewashing, table setup, and general cleaning in a hospitality-focused environment, supporting senior living residents with courteous service.

The position is full-time, with benefits including health coverage, uniform tops, free meals, and PTO from day one. Prior food service experience is preferred, and high school sophomore completion is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum completion of sophomore year in high school required.
• Experience in food service work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ware-washing system set-up and breakdown, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties.
• Assist in setting tables and work stations, and clearing tables.

Rose Senior Living Avon is recruiting for a hospitality focused Dishwasher to join our culinary team!

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Utility / Dishwasher provides full-scope, hands on various food service functions in a community Culinary Services Department. Responsible for maintaining clean and sanitary condition of food service areas, facilities, and equipment. May assist in some aspects of food preparation. Is responsible for providing a superior level of quality service and cleanliness at all times.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dishwasher:

• Always exemplify Community standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Perform kitchen activities including: ware-washing system set-up and break down, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies, and prep production.
• Assist serving staff with setting of tables and work station areas as well as clearing tables.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, and areas in
