Job summary

Mental Health Resources is seeking a Director of Clinical Programs to supervise outpatient services and guide all clinical departments toward excellence. The role includes hiring, supervising licensed and unlicensed staff, and shaping program strategy with strong decision-making and HIPAA oversight.

You will collaborate with the CEO/COO for growth, maintain billing compliance, and lead policy development to meet standards. Bilingual Spanish encouraged, full-time exempt position.

Responsibilities

• Interview and recommend hiring of all program staff.
• Oversee and assign staff to appropriate trainers.
• Provide supervision and oversight to programs as assigned.
• Collaborate with CEO and COO for program development and recommendations.
• Help develop policies and procedures for all clinical programs.
• Ensure reporting of critical incidents across programs with CQO.
• Help develop program tracking tools and oversight materials.
• Attend management meetings monthly and disseminate information to staff.
• Audit treatment plans, assessments, and safety plans as needed.
• Maintain oversight of Bachelor-level interns.
• Stay informed on Medicaid billing standards and changes.
• Address conduct, attendance, and ethical issues with staff and report to the CEO.

Description

The director of Clinical Programs is responsible for maintaining all outpatient programs to the standard, fidelity, and performance excellence. Responsible for overseeing and developing all clinical program departments, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and scheduling. Develop, plan, and implement strategies for program continuation and growth. This position must have a positive and supportive attitude toward the agency and its overall success. This position provides supervision for both licensed and unlicensed staff. Must have the ability to think globally, solve problems, and have good decision-making skills, including critical thinking skills

Requirements

Full-Time, Exempt Position

Starting pay $72,250

Independent license required-LPCC, LCSW or LMFT

• Carries out the agency's mission statement
• Maintain HIPAA and client confidentiality at all times.
• Regular and consistent attendance for the assigned work schedule is essential.
