This job is actively recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RN) position, providing patient-centered care through all nursing process stages. The role involves coordinating and delivering high-quality care based on clinical protocols and physician orders, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient outcomes, and maintaining a compassionate environment for patients and families.

Essential Functions
  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with policies and the nursing process.
  • Conduct patient assessments, document findings, and report changes in condition.
  • Administer medications, monitor side effects, and assist in procedures within competency scope.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans with the healthcare team.
  • Respond to emergencies, including CPR and code team activities.
  • Educate patients and families on medical conditions and post-discharge care.
  • Follow infection control protocols and operate medical equipment safely.
  • Participate in audits and compliance checks.
  • Document care thoroughly and participate in professional development and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Provide specialized care for Critical Care and Emergency Services as applicable.
Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong nursing process knowledge and clinical skills.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and infection control.
Licenses and Certifications
