  • Communicate order problems to relevant staff members.
  • Ensure orders progress into the funding process accurately and timely.

Job description

Position: Administrative Assistant / Remote

Location: Anywhere in U.S.

Compensation: Up to $21 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Perform data entry into applicable computer system per Technician specifications.
  2. Monitor the accuracy of personal work and conduct QA duties for random orders as assigned.
  3. Interface with vendor representatives and configurators to ensure 100% accurate duplication of order requests per Technician instructions.
  4. Communicate order problems and issues to relevant staff members.
  5. Ensure orders are progressing into the funding process accurately and in a timely manner to avoid pended and delayed orders.
