Job description

Administrative Assistant / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $21 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k

As a Data Entry Coordinator at Numotion, you will:

  1. Perform data entry into applicable computer system per Technician specifications;
  2. Monitor the accuracy of personal work as well as QA duties for random orders as assigned;
  3. Interface with vendor representatives and/or vendor configurators to achieve 100% accurate duplication of order request per Technician instructions;
  4. Communicate order problems and/or issues to applicable staff member;
  5. Ensure that orders are progressing into the funding process accurately and timely to avoid pended and delayed orders.
