What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in the company's CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction
