Duties and Responsibilities

As a HOMEBANK Customer Service Representative, you interact with our customers handling whatever questions, problems or financial transactions they need assistance with! Our Customer Service Representatives are a 'one stop shop' for our customers and have the knowledge and skills to handle whatever a customer might need. The position offers challenge and the ability to utilize your customer and employee relation skills. If you enjoy developing relationships this is the position for you!

This position is located in Hannibal and does include some Saturdays, 9am-12pm.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or related experience
  • Strong communications (written and verbal), customer skills, & interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient with PC based teller software or willingness to learn
  • Be able to operate email
