Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. in Minnetonka, MN is seeking a Front End Supervisor to promote an excellent customer experience, lead a team, and uphold store standards.

You will train and coach Associates, manage POS coverage, and support loyalty programs while ensuring compliance with policies and safety guidelines. You will play a key role in staffing, providing feedback, and collaborating with management to drive store performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store Associates.
• Lead by example, maintain a clean, organized store, and model outstanding customer service.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and loyalty programs.
• Schedule registers, manage POS coverage, and coordinate breaks.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure positive experiences.
• Ensure tasks align with store plan and communicate priorities to team.

Job Description

• Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs.
• Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service.
• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
• Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
• Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
• Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
• Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
• Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
• Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
• Other duties as assigned

This position has a starting pay range of USD $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
