[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $21.63 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO

As a Customer Advocate, you will:

  1. Listen attentively and empathetically to customer inquiries and concerns;
  2. Respond promptly and professionally to all customer communications via phone, email, and chat;
  3. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues;
  4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions;
  5. Provide excellent customer service by understanding and meeting the needs and expectations of each individual;
  6. Act as a brand ambassador by representing AE Perkins in a positive and professional manner.
