Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Machesney Park is seeking a hands-on FT Custom Framing Manager to lead our framing team and drive sales for custom framing solutions. You will coach staff, ensure quality work, and uphold SOPs while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will partner with the Store Manager to manage workloads, inventory, safety, and omni-channel processes, while serving as the Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

Drive custom framing sales.
