What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
2. Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
3. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
4. Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
5. Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security system as required

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
2. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
3. Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
4. 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (preferred but not required)
5. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
6. Flexibility and ability to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job
7. Positive attitude and ability to contribute to a pleasant work climate
8. Dependability and punctuality
9. Courtesy and respect towards co-workers and customers
10. Ability to pass a background check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Experience as a Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service (0-2 years)
