Full-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize a customer-first approach and are passionate about providing personalized, inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. Responsibilities:

1. Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
2. Support store execution of company initiatives.
3. Participate in team training to achieve business results.
4. Innovate in engaging clients and expanding the client base.
5. Represent the customer experience in store aligned with RL brand expectations.
6. Support community outreach and store initiatives.
7. Uphold RL core values and embrace new shopping technologies.
8. Foster a collaborative, customer-centric environment.
9. Engage in networking and sourcing talent.
10. Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
11. Support alternative purchasing options like Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home.
12. Enhance product discovery through digital tools such as QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores.
13. Maintain high standards of store execution and productivity.
14. Uphold company policies and procedures.
15. Provide feedback on category opportunities or needs.
16. Ensure store standards are met at all times.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

1. Retail or similar industry experience preferred, especially in high-volume or specialty environments.
2. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
3. Physical ability to maneuver around the store, operate chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb moderately.
4. Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
5. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and travel as required.
6. A proven track record of success and building positive relationships.
7. Strong planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
