As a Billing A / R Specialist at Red River Software, your responsibilities will include:

1. Setting up new contracts within our ERP system and third-party online billing software
2. Preparing customer SaaS and maintenance renewal quotes accurately and timely, in accordance with contract requirements
3. Creating and transmitting customer billings for hardware, installations, SaaS, and maintenance
4. Serving as a point of contact for customer billing questions and resolving them
5. Processing cash receipts and check deposits
6. Preparing weekly and monthly aging reports and collections
