Located in the heart of Seattle's downtown, the Fairmont Olympic Hotel is a historic landmark, offering a luxurious setting for our guests. We are seeking a talented Full-Time Bartender to join our Founder's Club team, showcasing your mixology skills and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with presentation and attention to detail
• Engage professionally with guests, understanding their preferences
• Maintain knowledge of the beverage menu
• Present menus, recommend drinks, and answer questions
• Attend to customer needs courteously and respectfully
• Recognize and remember guest names

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end hotel, luxury restaurant, or upscale bar preferred
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and cocktails
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks
• Valid authorization to work in the USA
• Food Handlers Card and MAST permit required
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
