Responsibilities
  1. Review work schedule, check equipment and supplies, comply with PPE requirements, and prepare for duties at the start of each shift.
  2. Enter orders, schedule work and production, supervise and train team members, receive, store, and stock items, check dates, adjust pricing for items going out of code, and perform all department tasks as needed.
  3. Assemble and mix ingredients, place mixes on trays, load trays into racks, and bake goods.
  4. Package, wrap baked goods, print and attach labels, clean display cases, and stock fresh goods.
  5. Clean and sanitize all work surfaces, tools, equipment, display cases, floors, and counters.
  6. Oversee Starbucks operations.
Qualifications
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to perform job duties and adhere to policies and safety regulations.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Completion of a 60-day introductory (probationary) period.
  • Meet ergonomic, physical, and base score requirements for the position.
  • Ability to learn and use necessary equipment and tools.
  • Perform all job functions safely.
  • Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
  • Wear proper, approved clothing and shoes.
  • Valid identification required.
  • Preferred: 1 year of work experience or technical training.
  • Complete in-house forklift training (job-specific requirement).
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: 8-10 hours depending on business needs.
  • Job cycles: continuous maximum.
  • Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
  • Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
  • Max pull static: 20 lbs.
