Primary Purpose

Asset Protection Associates are responsible for providing a secure shopping environment, ensuring a safe workplace, and protecting company assets for the success of our stores.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Investigate the loss of assets including merchandise, money, and property.
• Prevent loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance, and other loss prevention tactics.
• Ensure safety and security for assigned stores.
• Monitor and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in retail operations, customer service, or loss prevention/asset protection.
• Ability to write detailed reports and maintain confidentiality of investigation information.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
