This position involves maintaining a high-energy, positive environment, fostering client-centric service, driving store performance, and ensuring operational excellence. The Assistant Store Manager will manage and supervise the Makery, lead by example, and hold the team accountable to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Makery in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience, meeting sales expectations, and producing quality products.
• Maintain a professional and clean Makery environment.
• Set goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Manage stock levels of raw materials, finished products, and supplies.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Makery Manager functions.
• Support the Store Manager in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Work nights and weekends; typically five days per week, 40-45 hours.

Experience & Physical Requirements:

• College education is preferred but not required.
• Management and sales experience are preferred.
• Effective communication skills at all levels.
• Leadership qualities, ability to motivate, and skilled training abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform cleaning functions.
