Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand knowledge of seafood products, storage, and preparation techniques.
• Follow all company policies and established standards.
• Manage department operations in the absence of the manager, adhering to standard practices.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and comply with personal appearance policies.
• Recognize and coach associates to deliver excellent service.
• Utilize company tools such as financial reports, scheduling, productivity, and business systems.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Train other associates when needed.
• Maintain clear communication within the department and organization.
• Work within management planning guidelines to ensure productivity.
• Support safety standards, report equipment issues, and keep work areas safe and clean.

Physical Requirements:

Salary range: $18.95 - $27.25 per hour.
