Primary Purpose

Supervise all duties of the Center store associates in the absence of the Center Store Manager. Assist in managing operations, meeting financial and sales goals, and fostering a strong team and customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding of store operations and merchandising.
• Effective communication, customer service, and selling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience.
• Willingness to learn tasks including forklift and power jack operation.
• Meet minimum age requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 20 lbs. regularly; up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Push/pull up to 40 lbs.
• Stand or walk continuously.
• Handle various substances and work in extreme temperatures.
• Use computers and communication systems.

Preferred Requirements

• Support management of Center Store operations.
• Lead and motivate team members.

Salary: $18.95 - $27.25 hourly.
