Primary Purpose

Assist in managing department operations to meet financial and sales goals, build strong associate and customer relations, and support Hannaford's strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Understanding of store operations and merchandising techniques preferred.
• Effective communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.

• Must meet minimum age requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to use computers and communication systems.
• Stand and walk continuously.
• Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and up to 40 lbs. occasionally.
• Reach overhead and shoulder level when lifting.
• Perform bending, reaching, grasping, and lifting at waist level.
• Work in extreme temperatures for short periods.
• Operate controls and tools to open and prepare products.
• Handle cleaning, packaging, and food substances.
• Meet department activity standards.

Compensation

Salary range: $18.95 - $27.25 per hour.
