Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service: welcome and connect with each customer, recommend products, and enhance the shopping experience.
• Product demonstration and sampling.
• Produce high-quality products following company standards, ensuring visual and product quality, safe food handling, and proper merchandising.
• Maintain a professional appearance during every shift.

Contribute to Store Profitability

• Follow cash handling procedures and register policies.
• Adhere to inventory and stock guidelines.

Learn and demonstrate knowledge as a barista

• Self-initiated learning beyond standard training.
• Master product and conduct standards set by The GIANT Company and Starbucks.

Qualifications

• Preferably supervisory and/or barista experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with valid identification.
• Meet performance standards, including attendance.
• Customer-focused, strong interpersonal skills, food handling certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts, depending on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%, sit 0% during shifts.
