Qualifications

Primary Objectives of Position:

• Deliver and distribute agronomy products in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in optimizing the cooperative’s market and efficiency.
• Help achieve the cooperative’s mission and goals.
• Perform all tasks with outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities of the Position:

• Operate spraying and spreading equipment properly.
• Mix fertilizer and chemicals properly to ensure quality standards and accuracy.
• Deliver products to appropriate customers in a timely manner.
• Report needed inventory items to supervisor.
• Ensure all delivery tickets are accurate and filled out correctly.
• Keep accurate log of all fields, acres, rates, product, and weather.
• Inform supervisor of any potential problems or new business opportunities.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must have or be able to obtain a Wisconsin Certified Applicators License.
• CDL preferred.
• Be able to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis, be able to bend, climb, and have good leg and arm dexterity.
