Job description

Accounting Assistant / Remote

Location: Anywhere in U.S.

Salary: Up to $47,667 per year

Job Responsibilities:

1. Review and apply new business funds to dealer accounts for all lines of business.
2. Upload ACH payments daily.
3. Research checks with no business or needing additional backup.
4. Prepare check requests for returned premiums incorrectly sent to Protective.
5. Provide phone support for incoming calls from external dealers/customers and internal customers.
6. Review Debit/Credit report to ensure business is processed for cash received.
