ISMIRA Agency in the United States is recruiting for a Server position aboard Four Seasons Yachts. The Server delivers attentive, personalized dining service on a luxury yacht, reporting to the Food and Beverage Supervisor, and collaborates with front-of-house and culinary teams to maintain top-tier standards.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, engaging with guests, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all dining venues.

Qualifications

• Cruise ship experience mandatory.
• 21+ years old, no offensive tattoos allowed.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Hospitality or related fields is a plus.
• Previous experience in a server role, preferably in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or yacht settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with food and beverage service techniques is preferred; knowledge of wine and cocktail offerings is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must.
• Willingness to live and work onboard the Yacht for extended periods, with travel to various international destinations.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with luxury yacht operations, including understanding the unique needs and expectations of high-net-worth individuals.
• Ability to navigate onboard etiquette and protocols, ensuring discretion and professionalism at all times.
• Knowledge of yacht amenities and activities to enhance guest engagement and provide tailored recommendations.
• Work collaboratively with the front-of-house team, following guidance from the Food and Beverage
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Participate in pre-shift meetings to stay informed about menu items, specials, and service expectations.

ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting for position Server for Four Seasons Yachts!

Four Seasons Yachts is redefining ultra-luxury travel with its first yacht setting sail in January 2026. As part of the prestigious Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, this 207-meter-long super-yacht features 14 decks and 95 spacious suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows and private terraces — offering unmatched elegance on the high seas.

The Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences onboard a luxury yacht, reporting
directly to the Food and Beverage Supervisor. This position is dedicated to providing attentive and personalized
service that reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Servers will create memorable moments for
guests while working collaboratively with all front-of-house and culinary teams to ensure seamless service
across all dining venues.

In this role, the Server is responsible for taking orders, delivering and serving food and beverages, and ensuring
guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. They will actively engage with guests, providing
recommendations and addressing any needs or concerns promptly. A commitment to excellence and teamwork
is essential, as Servers will work closely with the Food and Beverage Supervisor and other team members to
maintain high service standards across all dining areas, including crew dining, in-suite dining, and special events.
A basic knowledge of beverages is required for this role: alcoholic and non-alcoholic.
