The City of Providence seeks a Program Manager for the FCCP, focusing on family support and crisis resolution. This home-based role requires a Master's degree and significant management experience. Join a dedicated team to improve community health and well-being.
The FCCP is a home-based prevention program that assists families with connections to services within their local community and the state. The FCCP aims to prevent family involvement with the child welfare system by supporting families in resolving crises and strengthening their protective capacities. This role provides operational leadership to the West Urban FCCP program, working in collaboration with the Department of Children, Youth and Families, other FSRI programs, and West Urban FCCP partners to achieve program initiatives and desired outcomes. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, federal, state, and administrative laws and regulations, and adherence to all accreditation requirements.
